Dolfi products are different. Every figure that Dolfi produces involves some degree of hand crafting, thus being imparted with its very own identity. No two are alike. With a great love for detail, the singular contours are worked out and the individual expression achieves completion through painting by the hand of the master.
At Dolfi they are proud of this difference – and have been for decades.

Preserving the craft of woodcarving at Dolfi is based upon more than eleven decades of tradition and fascination combined with passion and know-how. The development of their handmade models follows this tenet. Artisans create designs for perfectly balanced, freestanding sculptures, with the figure and base made from a single piece. Through the use of a draft, a three-dimensional clay model is created from which all subsequent models are carved. Lovingly crafted down to the last detail.
